Junior Functional Application Manager

Every day is different: sometimes you solve a malfunction, other times you help a colleague with a new software module. You work with people who switch gears as fast as you do.

What will you do?

You are the first point of contact for your colleagues when they have questions or issues with our ERP system, especially Florisoft. You keep track, register notifications, and ensure the best solution. You manage user rights and master data (articles, VBN codes, packaging, customers/suppliers), set up workflows and reports correctly, and keep work instructions up to date. If you see that processes can be improved, you can make a proposal on how to do it better. During peak times (often early in the morning), you are ready to keep everything running. Complex software doesn't scare you: solving puzzles and problems structurally every day energizes you.

Who are we looking for?

• You have completed an MBO-4 education in IT, logistics, or business administration, or you have HBO level of education with demonstrable experience.

• You enjoy understanding systems and quickly grasping processes.

• You are precise, service-oriented, and have strong communication skills.

• You speak and write good Dutch; English is a plus.

• You are available for 32-40 hours per week and don't mind starting early.

Extra advantages

• Experience with ERP in trade/logistics/fresh (flowers is a plus).

• You understand how daily trade, VBN codes, packaging flows, and export documents work.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, and ticketing systems.
